Welcome to Grape Savvy Wine Tours! My name is Savannah and I will be your host and tour guide.

I have always had a fascination with wine and I have always loved drinking wine, but it wasn’t until I began the life-long journey of wine education that I fell in love with the grape.

​

I spent my early twenties working in the Food and Beverage industry in Downtown Vancouver, rising to management status at a young age. Now a certified sommelier, Vineyard Manager, Assistant Wine Maker, Canadian Wine Scholar and WSET 3 certified, I have added to my list of credentials with years of experience in the local wine industry.

 

I have held numerous positions at wineries all over the South Okanagan; from tasting room associate to crush crew, vintage cellar hand and vineyard management - all of which have helped me gain a deeper understanding of the transition of the grape from vine to wine. I am uniquely qualified in both education and hands on experience to provide you relevant and accurate information throughout your tour.

 

My immense passion for the vineyard and wine-making will assure you a one-of-a-kind wine tour experience. My mission is to provide guests with a full sensory experience during which they will gain confidence in wine tasting and a deeper appreciation for the wine in their glass.
