PLEASE NOTE:

A valid credit card and 30% deposit are due at the time of booking. By using our booking system and providing us with your credit card details you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start are subject to a 90% tour charge fee.

​

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start are subject to a 50% tour charge fee.

​

Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the tour start date will incur a 10% fee.

​

We are happy to reschedule your booking free of charge providing you contact us at least 48 hours before the tour start date. Please contact us if you need to reschedule your booking within 48 hours of your tour start date and we will try to accommodate you, however, please note that due to bookings made with our partner wineries, this may not always be possible.

Should you be due a refund our system will automatically refund the card used when you made your booking.
